Beginning this week we will be Spotlighting our REX CARES causes and anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to contact us on our website, www.RefrigeratedExpress.com . After Hurricane's Katrina and Rita destroyed the lives of thousands, Refrigerated Express was fortunate enough to have a chance to give back and provide relief to some of the most affected areas in the nation. The coordinated relief effort led by the City of Boston's Mayor Menino was titled "Bundles from Boston".

Working closely with Robbins Beef Company and the City of Boston we coordinated a fast response relief effort. Refrigerated Express donated trucks and personnel to haul significant amounts of fish, poultry, meats, and produce the city gathered to affected areas.
